We could introduce her as being detail-oriented, organised, a great communicator, and someone who is extremely supportive, empathetic, and hardworking – but to most who know her, this is just a fact.

At the tender age of 22, she entered real estate as a PA to a Sales Manager of a successful office and as a marketing and advertising coordinator, learning many facets of the fast-paced industry. Her dedication and efficiency soon led to her managing a significant property portfolio on her own.

While being mum to three beautiful children, Deb co-founded a Mornington Peninsula Real Estate agency and opened an office in Mount Eliza. The company expanded to a network of multiple offices, becoming, at the time, the number one agency on the Mornington Peninsula – with numerous suburb awards. In her role, Deb’s commitment to systems, processes, brand management, presentation, client guidance, and delivering quality outcomes was second to none.

Bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record, Deb is a valued member of the WHITEFOX Peninsula team. Known for her professionalism, deep market knowledge and client-first approach, she continues to play an integral role in delivering exceptional results while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
